Shanik Logistics, LLC is a Nevada-based motor carrier operating under MC-1323243 and DOT-3739586. We operate Amazon Freight Contracts and maintain the authority and licensing required to haul freight in interstate commerce.
3. Who Can Use the Site
This Site is intended for professional use by CDL-A drivers, owner operators, shippers, and business contacts. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application or fill out any form on this Site.
4. Applications Are Not Offers of Employment
Submitting a driver application or owner operator intake form does not create any employment or contracting relationship. Hiring decisions are at our sole discretion after review of your application, completion of required testing and background checks, and a mutual agreement on terms.
Nothing on this Site creates a contract of employment, and any employment we offer is at-will unless stated otherwise in a signed written agreement.
5. Accuracy of Information You Submit
You agree that information you submit on any form is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate rejection of your application or, if discovered after hiring, termination of employment or contract.

All content on this Site, including text, logos, images, layout, and code, is owned by or licensed to Shanik Logistics, LLC. You may view it for personal and business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use it to train AI models or compete with us without written permission.
7. Your Conduct

- Submit fraudulent applications or impersonate anyone
- Upload files containing viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Attempt to access parts of the Site not intended for you (like the /applications/ folder)
- Use the Site or our contact forms for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, copy, or mirror the Site
