From Visitors to Our Website

- Anonymous analytics data through Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no tracking across sites)
From Driver Applicants
When you apply for a CDL-A driving position, we collect the information required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (49 CFR 391.21), including:
- Full legal name, preferred name, date of birth
- Social Security Number (required for MVR pulls and background checks)
- Residential address history for the past 3 years
- Contact information (phone, email)
- CDL number, class, state, expiration, and endorsements
- Medical Examiner's Certificate details
- Employment history for the past 10 years for CMV-operating jobs (3 years for other work)
- Accident and traffic violation history
- Driving experience and equipment operated
- Uploaded documents: CDL (front and back), medical certificate, Motor Vehicle Record
- Digital signature and timestamp
From Owner Operator Applicants
- Contact information (name, phone, email, home base)
- Business details (MC number, number of trucks, equipment)
- Driving and Amazon Relay experience
- Any additional information you choose to share in the notes field
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for legitimate business purposes:
- Evaluating your application for employment or contractor positions
- Meeting federal regulatory requirements (49 CFR 391.23, 391.25, and related rules)
- Running Motor Vehicle Record checks, background checks, and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse queries
- Contacting previous employers to verify your safety performance history as required by federal regulation
- Responding to inquiries you send through our contact forms
- Maintaining driver qualification files required by DOT regulations
- Improving our website and operations through aggregated, non-identifying analytics
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only with parties who need it to do their job:
- Consumer reporting agencies we use for MVR pulls, background checks, and the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Drug and alcohol testing providers for pre-employment and random testing
- Previous employers you list on your application, as required by 49 CFR 391.23
- Government agencies when required by law (DOT, FMCSA, tax authorities)
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers (Hostinger, Cloudflare) who store data on our behalf under contractual data protection requirements
5. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards:
- Driver application files are stored in access-restricted folders not publicly accessible on the web
- All form submissions travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Access to Social Security numbers and driver qualification files is limited to personnel who need it to evaluate applications or maintain DOT records
- Uploaded documents (CDL, med cards, MVRs) are kept in the driver qualification file for the period required by federal regulation (typically 3 years from separation)
No system is 100% secure. If we ever experience a data incident affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Under federal and state law, you have rights regarding the information we collect:
- Review your application and supporting documents at any time
- Correct inaccurate information in your file
- Request a copy of any consumer report we obtain about you (per the Fair Credit Reporting Act)
- Dispute errors in information provided by previous employers, and submit a rebuttal statement (per 49 CFR 391.23)
- Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal obligation to retain driver qualification records

7. How Long We Keep Your Information
- Contact form submissions: up to 2 years
- Driver applications that don't result in hiring: up to 1 year, then deleted
- Driver qualification files for hired drivers: retained during employment plus 3 years after separation, as required by 49 CFR 391.51
- Drug and alcohol testing records: 5 years, per 49 CFR Part 40
- Owner operator intake forms: up to 2 years
8. Cookies & Tracking
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not track you across websites. It counts page views and measures site performance without identifying you personally. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar third-party tracking.
9. Children
Our services are for professional truck drivers and business contacts. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have information from a minor, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
